Since receiving a Bachelors degree from Dartmouth College in Mathematics modified with Studio Art with an emphasis in Economics and Financial Theory, I have been working in the realm of digital marketing, UX/UI design, and eCommerce for small companies. The majority of my experience was spent working for a B2B SaaS and printing startup as a marketing manager. I did everything from search engine and social media marketing, ROI analysis on marketing spend, customer communications via email, rolling out and training sales reps on a CRM, email marketing, and automation, content creation for blogs and social media, as well as direct mail campaigns.
My current role as an eCommerce manager puts me at the intersection of sales, marketing, IT, and planning/logistics. I collaborate with each of those departments to optimize our website assortment. I do this via data-driven merchandising. I also am responsible for customer experience on the website (UX/UI,) website administration (HTML content updates,) managing our 3rd-party managed services, email marketing, site-wide promotions, SEO, and implementing systems to ensure availability of top selling items.
I also freelance as a marketing and eCommerce consultant.
